Goldfield is located 4.5 miles northeast of Apache Junction on the Apache Trail. In the 1890s, Goldfield had three saloons, a boarding house, a general store, a blacksmith shop, a brewery, a meat market and a schoolhouse. SunRidge Canyon Golf Club is set in the ridges and canyons of the foothills of the McDowell Mountains. The Club’s picturesque setting makes a great background for all sorts of events. The Club has a 2,500 square feet multi purpose pavilion adjacent to the clubhouse that comfortably seats up to 160 people. The pavilion can be combined with the Ridge Room and outdoor patio to accommodate up to 300 people. The Club also offers outdoor settings with a three-tiered waterfall, a lake and the beautiful golf course.
