The hotel has over 5,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The Umpqua Ballroom can accommodate events with up to 350 people. Two smaller rooms that accommodate 30 to 40 people each are also available.

Brindiamo Event Center is located in Creswell, eleven miles from Eugene. The facility is 5,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 500 people or up to 300 people for a sit down meal. The facility also has two covered patios that can accommodate 250 people. The facility features great views of the Emerald Valley Golf Course. Brindiamo Catering has a mobile kitchen that can cater events with up to 2,000 people anywhere in Oregon.

Emerald Valley Golf Club is located on 170 beautiful acres next to the Willamette River. Front Nine Restaurant at the golf club serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and caters events. Emerald Valley can host indoor events with up to 75 people at the restaurant or outdoor events with up to 150 people with a tent.
