The Serra Retreat sits on top of a 23 acre hill with paths, benches, gardens, and views of the ocean. The retreat has 64 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 120 overnight guests. The chapel seats up to 120 people. The retreat also has two meeting rooms that seat up to 100 people.

The Steve Breuer Conference Center is a 24 guestroom hotel with an upper and lower lobby for events.
