Descanso Gardens is a 160 acre botanical garden. The garden offers indoor and outdoor venues for weddings and other events. The Van De Kamp Hall accommodates up to 250 people. The country club has an 18 hold golf course, six lighted tennis courts, a competition sized pool, exercise rooms, saunas, and locker rooms. The clubhouse offers banquet facilities for weddings, receptions, and other events. The ballroom features a stage and accommodates up to 270 guests or up to 350 guests without the dance floor. The LCF Room accommodates up to 170 people or up to 240 people without the dance floor. The Garden Room accommodates up to 100 people or 120 without the dance floor. The Top o’ the Club accommodates up to 70 people. The Top o’ the Tee accommodates up to 40 people. The Board Room accommodates up to 30 people.

Memorial Park is a 1.5 acre park with a play area, large grassy spaces, picnic tables, and a gazebo. The park is home to Music in the Park and the Festival in Lights. The park’s facilities may be reserved for events. Additional parks in La Canada Flintridge include Glenola Park, Glenhaven Park, Olberz Park, and Mayors’ Discovery Park. The ¼ acre Glenola Park has a gazebo and rose garden. The ½ acre Glenhaven Park offers a toddler play area, a tennis court, picnic tables, and a barbecue pit, Olberz Park is a ¼ acre park located in the middle of Town Center. Mayors’ Discovery Park features a children’s discovery area, an ivy covered arbor, picnic tables, and a grass lawn and is located next to an athletic field.
