Flagstaff is located in beautiful Northern Arizona, approximately a two-hour drive north of Phoenix. The upstairs parlor can accommodate up to eighteen people or ten with a conference table. The downstairs guestroom can accommodate up to thirty people. Arizona Snowbowl is located fourteen miles from Flagstaff. The Hart Prairie Lodge is the main banquet facility. The Lodge can accommodate up to 300 people inside and up to 500 with use of the Lodge’s large outdoor deck. Meteor Crater Road & I-40
Meteor Crater Visitor Center, located in Northern Arizona, features exhibits and displays on the never ending impacts and collisions in the solar system. The center has an 80-seat wide screen theater that shows a ten-minute feature, “Collisions and Impacts.” The center is located on Astronaut Memorial Park, which makes a pleasant setting for a picnic. Meteor Crater RV Park has seventy-one sites, a recreation room, and a playground. Group rates and guided tours of the Meteor Crater are available.
Million Dollar Mountain Home

The Million Dollar Mountain Home is a 5,000 square foot house in central Flagstaff with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths that will sleep 12 to 14 people. The house has a 50” flat screen TV, a theater room with an 85” screen, a fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, and a bonus room with pool, Foosball, video games and more. The expansive back deck has a barbecue and covered dining and seating. The home is adjacent to undeveloped forestland with miles of hiking and biking trails and near the only public golf course in Flagstaff.
Mormon Lake Lodge
30 minutes SE of Flagstaff
Mormon Lake Lodge is a remote 300-acre retreat located 30 minutes southeast of Flagstaff. The retreat has cozy log cottages and groomed hiking and horseback riding trails. Mormon Lake Lodge can accommodate groups of up to 400 people indoors for events and groups of all sizes outdoors. The Old Western Town Hall can accommodate large groups up to 200 people. Museum of Northern Arizona

The Museum of Northern Arizona has three facilities available to rent for events such as weddings, receptions, conferences, meetings and retreats. The Historic Colton House complex has two meeting rooms, as well as multiple bedrooms where events can take place. The house also has a patio and a lawn that are available for outdoor events. The Branigar/ Chase Discovery Center has an auditorium with an adjacent outdoor courtyard that can accommodate up to 175 people, depending on the layout. Pearson Hall has a meeting room that can accommodate up to 40 people.
Pine Mountain Amphitheater
504 N Leroux St, Flagstaff, AZ
Pine Mountain Amphitheater is Northern Arizona’s largest outdoor amphitheater. The amphitheater is located in the rolling fields and tall pines near Ft Tuthill County Park. The amphitheater is available to rent for private events including weddings, birthday parties, and corporate functions. The expansive lawn can accommodate up to 2100 people. An additional 650 can sit in the covered orchestra seats. The stage measures 60’x 40’. The venue can accommodate up to ten vendors with power and water and twenty without.
Radisson Woodlands Hotel
1175 W. Route 66, Flagstaff
The Radisson Woodlands Hotel in Flagstaff is an elegant and comfortable hotel with Sleep Number beds in the rooms. The hotel has a restaurant, a fitness center, and a heated pool and hot tub. The hotel has 6,400 square feet of meeting and event space including a 3,900 square feet Grand Ballroom.
3440 N. Country Club Dr, Flagstaff
The Residence Inn in Flagstaff is located in the Continental Country Club, next to the Coconino National Forest. The 102-guestroom hotel has an exercise room, a pool, and a hot tub, plus the hotel is located near a golf course. The hotel has a 560 square feet meeting room available for events with up to 34 people.
Riordan Mansion State Historic Park
409 W Riordan Rd, Flagstaff
Riordan Mansion was built in 1904 and features a rustic log exterior, volcanic stone arches and hand split wooden shingles. The Arts and Crafts style home is over 13,000 square feet with forty rooms and servant’s quarters. Guided tours of the mansion are offered daily. The Veranda in the front yard of the mansions is available for weddings and events. The Veranda can accommodate up to 200 people. The Visitor’s Center is also available for events, from 5 to 9 pm. The Visitor’s Center can accommodate up to 100 people.
A Shooting Star Inn
27948 N. Shooting Star Lane, Flagstaff
A Shooting Star Inn is located in Kendrick Park, eighteen miles north of Flagstaff. The Inn has two guestrooms and a 4,300 square feet main lodge. The inn is a great place to view the stars using binoculars and telescopes. A Shooting Star Inn partners with Northern Arizona Wedding Planner to assist guests with outdoor wedding and event planning.

SpringHill Suites is conveniently located at the crossroads of I-40 and I-17 next to Northern Arizona University. The Grand Canyon Room at the hotel is 465 square feet and can accommodate up to 40 people for meetings and events.

The Weatherford Hotel originally opened its doors in 1900. The hotel has been restored and has ten guestrooms available. The hotel has three spaces available for events. Charlie’s Pub and Grill has a full bar, great food, dance floors and seating for 135 people. Zane Grey Ballroom has an antique Brunswick bar, stained glass windows, fireplaces, great views and seating for 100 people. The Gopher Hall is currently being restored and will open in the fall of 2011. The Gopher Hall can accommodate groups of 200 people.
