Mt Hood Meadows is a great destination for group activities. The Resort has nine restaurants, a 3,544 square feet daycare center, and banquet facilities. Mt Hood Meadows offers group rates for skiing and makes a beautiful setting for weddings and other events. The Finish Line Room accommodates up to 175 people and can be combined with the Winner’s Circle Room. The Winner’s Circle Room accommodates up to 65 people. The Alpenstube Loft accommodates up to 75 people. A stage, a PA System, an In-focus projector and a TV with VCR and DVD are available for use.

The Resort at the Mountain is located one-hour southeast of Portland. The resort offers golf, skiing, restaurants, a spa, and luxurious guestrooms and suites. In the Main Lodge, the 6,784 square feet Cascades Ballroom accommodates up to 750 people. The 2,560 square feet Hunchback and Huckleberry Rooms each accommodate up to 300 people. The 1,779 square feet Trees Room accommodates up to 170 people. The 832 square feet Zig Zag and Wy’East Rooms each accommodate up to 75 people. The Foyer and the Exterior Deck each accommodate 75 people. The 861 square feet Douglas Fir Room accommodates up to 60 people. The 464 square feet Red Alder Room and the 414 square feet Pacific Maple Room each accommodate up to 36 people. The 668 square feet Osprey Room accommodates up to 60 people. The 464 square feet Altitude Private Dining Room accommodates 8 people. In the Mallards Building, the 3,224 square feet Trails room accommodates up to 400 people. The 1,656 square feet Barlow Trail Room accommodates up to 160 people. The 1,586 square feet Lolo Pass Room accommodates up to 200 people and has a Foyer and Deck that each accommodate 20 people. The 1,250 square feet Folliage Room accommodates up to 100 people. The 459 square feet Moscovy Room accommodates up to 24 people. Outdoors, the 3,200 square feet Pavilion accommodates up to 350 people. The 1,188 square feet Pine Cone Bluff accommodates up to 150 people. The Rhododendron Garden accommodates up to 300 people. Timberline Lodge was completed in 1937 and has become one of Oregon’s most popular tourist attractions. The lodge offers overnight accommodations, fine dining, and shopping, and makes a great stop for skiers and outdoor lovers when taking a break from the mountain. Timberline Lodge makes an unforgettable setting for events such as weddings, receptions, parties, retreats, and corporate functions. The Patios and Amphitheater can accommodate up to 250 guests. Wy’east Hall can accommodate up to 220 guests and has an attached deck and built-in bar. The Ullman Hall can accommodate up to 200 guests and has an attached patio and built-in dance floor. The Ravens Nest can accommodate up to 150 guests and has a built-in dance floor. The Barlow Room can accommodate up to 130 guests. The Silcox Hut, located above the lodge, can accommodate up to 40 people for events and can provide overnight accommodations for up to 24.
