Aspen Lakes Golf Course is a golf course with an expansive grass driving range, an all weather tee and an 11,000 square foot putting green. The course has a 28,000 square foot clubhouse with a pro shop, café, bar and restaurant. The facility has four meeting rooms that can accommodate up to two-hundred people. Catering is available.

Black Butte Ranch is a resort that offers vacation rentals, golf, dining, bike paths, pools, shopping and a spa. The resort is beautifully located with views of the Cascades, forests and wildlife. Black Butte Ranch is five miles from Camp Sherman, eight miles from Sisters and 30 miles from Bend. The ranch makes a lovely setting for weddings, reunions and other events. Overnight guests can rent a vacation condo or house. The Black Butte Ranch Lodge has event and meeting facilities available including the Brooks Room, the Lodge Deck, the Abott Room and the Sparks Room. The Brooks Room is a wonderful location for guests to enjoy delicious food while viewing the mountains, meadow and lake. Included with rental of the Brooks Room is the Lodge Deck, which can accommodate up to 150 guests with 5’ round tables. Half of the deck is covered. The covered section will accommodate up to 60 guests. The Abbott Room is a 456 square foot room that will accommodate up to 40 guests, depending on the layout. The Sparks Room will accommodate up to 30 guests, depending on the layout. The Big Meadow Clubhouse at the Big Meadow Golf Course has a summer meeting room that can accommodate up to 35 guests and offers winter season private rental for up to 80 guests.

Five Pine Lodge and Conference Center has a conference center that can seat 260 people for a meal. Using stadium style seating, the convention center can accommodate up to 500 people. The convention center provides an ideal location for events and is home to the Winter Concert Series for the Sister’s Folk Festival. The lodge has elegant rooms, suites and cottages for overnight accommodations for guests.
