South End Neighborhood Center serves as an event venue for meetings, weddings, receptions, parties and other events. The facility has a large room that accommodates up to 275 people. There is a picnic area with tables and a barbecue adjacent to the building. The building also has a kitchen.

The 2,450 square feet Roof Garden Ballroom accommodates up to 245 people and has a 2,400 square feet outdoor deck. The 1,679 square feet Rainier Room accommodates up to 125 people. The 1,457 square feet Ionic Hall and the 1,339 square feet Doric Hall each accommodate up to 100 people. The 1,254 square feet Mt Adams Hall and the 1,200 square feet Mt Bachelor Hall each accommodate up to 90 people. The Landmark also offers catering for events.
