The Arizona Historical Society’s Museum in Tucson is located adjacent to the University of Arizona. The museum focuses on southern Arizona history and has multiple settings available for events. The 2,500 square feet auditorium can accommodate up to 170 people. The Treasures Gallery can accommodate up to 175 people. The 1,400 square feet Lobby can accommodate up to 150 people. The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum features live animals and plants in natural settings. The museum has multiple settings available for events. The Baldwin Education Building has an outdoor balcony and views of the desert and can accommodate up to 200 guests for receptions, meetings and banquets. The Warden Oasis Theater can seat up to 270 people. The Taylor Plaza provides an elegant outdoor entertainment space that can be used with the Baldwin Education Building for indoor outdoor events. The Ocotillo Café can accommodate up to 60 indoors and an additional 30 on the private outdoor patio. The Ironwood Terraces can accommodate up to 130 inside and an additional 230 outdoors. The Hacienda is located on sixteen acres of desert property with views of the Santa Catalina Mountains. The Hacienda has rental facilities available to rent for all sorts of large and small events. Casa Catalina has two meeting rooms that will accommodate 48 people each, a commercial kitchen, and an enclosed courtyard. Casa Catalina will accommodate 200 people outdoors. Ramada Grande is a covered porch for large gatherings with three barbecues and a fireplace. Ramada Grande will seat up to 150 guests. The bunkhouse will sleep 46 people.
International Wildlife Museum

The International Wildlife Museum has exhibits on wildlife from around the world including dioramas, videos, hands-on exhibits, and live animals. The Wildlife Theater is available to rent for events. The theater can accommodate 100 people.

Janos Restaurant is located at the Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa. The restaurant’s elegant main dining area, the Great Room, can accommodate events with up to 120 people, or up to 60 with a Dance Floor. Kino Sports Complex is home of Tucson Electric Park, the spring training home of the Arizona Diamondbacks. The 51,428 square feet park seats over 11,000 guests. Lodge on the Desert

Lodge on the Desert originally opened in 1936 with just 7 guestrooms. The Lodge now boasts 103 guestrooms and suites, a pool and a hot tub. The Lodge has over 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space indoors and out. The 5,255 square feet Palm Lawn and the 810 square feet Hacienda Lawn are available to rent for events with up to 100 people each. The 189 square feet Poolside and 352 square feet Palm Patio accommodate up to 25 people each. The 1,530 square feet Palm Room is available for events with up to 100 people. Additional rooms are available to rent for events ranging from 207 to 952 square feet.
A Modern Venue: The Edge at Canyon Pass
Canyon Pass, Tucson
The Edge at Canyon Pass is a 5,030 square feet house with a 3,170 square feet covered patio located adjacent to the Gallery Golf Club. The house features a two-story design with a wine cellar, a home theater, a detached guesthouse and a four-car garage. The house is available to rent for events or to purchase.
The Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch

The Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch is an event center consisting of twenty acres surrounded by desert. The historic ranch sitting above the city is the oldest guest ranch in the state. The ranch offers two outdoor gardens, a large patio, dining hall, dance floor, a full bar, and honeymoon suite.

Old Tucson Studios was created in 1939 as a replica of 1860’s Tucson for the movie “Arizona.” The site has since been used for over 300 films and TV shows. The site makes a dramatic setting for all sorts of events and can accommodate up to 5,000 guests.

Pima Air and Space Museum

The Pima Air and Space Museum has a collection of over 275 aircraft and spacecraft from around the world as well as over 125,000 artifacts. The museum can accommodate special events with up to 700 people inside and unlimited people outside. Pima Community College Center for the Arts

Pima Community College Center for the Arts complex includes a 425-seat proscenium theater, a 75-seat black box theater, a 75-seat recital hall and an art gallery. The theaters are available to rent for events. The center also has classrooms, a rehearsal hall, a studio, and a courtyard available.
Savoy Opera House
The Savoy Opera House is located in the middle of Trail Dust Town (http://www.traildusttown.com/), a western town originally constructed as a movie set. The 19th century style opera house makes a great banquet hall for receptions, parties and events. The Savoy features include fine chandeliers, a stage and a large dance floor.

Stardance is a southwestern facility with breathtaking views of the city, bordering the Saguaro National Park in Tucson. Stardance offers expansive indoor and outdoor facilities for events, conferences and retreats. The enclosed pavilion is 6,000 square feet with 40 feet sliding doors on two sides. The Mountain Vista reception area is 3,000 square feet with a waterfall and views of the Tucson Mountains and Sombrero Peak. The Catalina Terrace is 5,000 square feet with large lawns and a view of the city and the Catalina Mountain Range. The Desert Patio is 15,000 square feet with bonfire areas. Stardance can accommodate events with up to 500 people.
The Stillwell House

The Stillwell House is a 1901 home that was restored in 1990. The house has a 35-foot high cathedral ceiling, maple floors, and a private courtyard. The southwestern cantina has an antique bar, a dance floor, and a stage. The property can accommodate up to 350 guests.
Tohono Chul Park
7366 N. Paseo del Norte, Tucson
Tohono Chul Park is a 37-acre desert preserve. The Tohono Chul Park Tea Room in the Spanish Colonial West House can accommodate up to 200 people for receptions. Rented separately, the Chul Room in the house can accommodate up to 16, and the Wilson Room in the house can accommodate 70. The Desert Discovery Education Center on the southeast corner of the park has a 600 square feet room available for meetings.

The Founders Room accommodates 12 people.

The Tucson Convention Center has 205,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The dividable Exhibit Hall is 89,760 square feet. The North Exhibit Hall is 24,180 square feet. The four Ballrooms range from 400 to 1,600 square feet. The Grand Lobby is 11,236 square feet. The Galleria is 15,300 square feet. The Tucson Arena has 29,520 square feet of floor space. The Tucson Music Hall has a 1,216 square feet lobby. The Leo Rich Theater has a 2,500 square feet lobby. Additional event spaces range from 290 square feet and up.

The Tucson Expo Center is a seventeen acre property located adjacent to the I-10 freeway, close to the Tucson International Airport. The Center has 155,000 square feet of exhibit space and 1,000 parking spaces. The Expo Center can accommodate all sorts of events including weddings, concerts, and conferences with ballrooms ranging from 1,000 to 26,000 square feet and up to 900 exhibit spaces.
Tucson Jewish Community Center

The Tucson Jewish Community Center has an art gallery, a fitness center, tennis courts, a pool, a splash park, and basketball and racquetball courts on a landscaped campus. The center has several spaces available to rent for events including a 5,000 square feet ballroom, and the 1,470 square feet Cultural Arts Assembly Room.

The Tucson Museum of Art encompasses a block of downtown Tucson, and includes several historic properties. The Museum makes a unique setting for all sorts of events with outdoor settings for up to 1,000 people and an elegant lobby that will seat 200 for a formal dinner. Tucson Osteopathic Medical Foundation

The Tucson Osteopathic Medical Foundation has a Conference Center with spaces to accommodate events with up to 100 people. The Conference Room is 1,789 square feet and can be divided for smaller events. The 513 square feet Board Room seats 20 people around a custom cherry table in black leather chairs.
Tucson Trap and Skeet Club
7800 W. Old Ajo Hwy, Tucson
The Tucson Trap and Skeet Club has a 5,000 square feet clubhouse, 14 Skeet fields, 25 Trap fields, two 5- stand Sporting Clay Fields and 200 RV hookups. The club holds events throughout the year and is available to rent for outdoor shooting events. The clubhouse also has accommodations for events.
