The Camelback Inn is set on 125 acres of desert at the base of Mummy Mountain. The resort has 453 guestrooms, a golf club, a spa, and restaurants. The Camelback Inn has 45,000 square feet of conference space including a 20,000 square foot Arizona Ballroom. The Sunshine Junior Ballroom is 4,128 square feet and the Peace Pipe Junior Ballroom is 3,719 square feet. Outdoor meeting venues are also available.

The Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort is located on 22 acres minutes from Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. The resort has a pool, a fitness room, a basketball court, a playground, racquetball, and tennis courts. The resort has meeting and event rooms ranging from 443 square feet to 12,960 square feet. The Forum is 12,960 square feet and will accommodate up to 1,800 people. Paradise Park is 10,000 square feet and will accommodate up to 1,400 people. The dividable Grand Ballroom is 8,640 square feet and will accommodate up to 1,000 people.

The 1930s Hermosa Inn is located fifteen minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The 35-room inn and accompanying restaurant make a wonderful setting for meetings and events. The restaurant itself can accommodate up to 170 guests. The front patio of the restaurant makes a lovely, intimate ceremony setting.

The InterContinental Montelucio Resort is located at the foot of the Camelback Mountains, next to Scottsdale and Phoenix. The resort has a spa, five pools, restaurants, and oversized guestrooms with patios. Golf courses and shopping are located nearby. The resort has seven outdoor event locations ranging from 500 to 23,000 square feet. The resort also has two ballrooms. The larger ballroom is 9,216 square feet. The smaller ballroom is 4,590 square feet. Castillo Lucena measures 2,480 square feet. The resort has 14 breakout rooms, two private dining rooms, six hospitality suites and two 3,000 square feet luxury suites. The Andalusian Presidential Suite is a 2,800 square feet two bedroom suite that includes a private patio, outdoor fireplace and a private pool.

The Scottsdale Plaza Resort is located on 40 acres with 404 guestrooms, five pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, racquetball courts, and a spa. The resort makes a gorgeous setting for all sorts of events including weddings, receptions, social events and gatherings. The resort has indoor settings including a Grand Ballroom and a Lodge Boardroom. The resort also has outdoor settings with lush landscaping including a gorgeous Gazebo area.
