The Corinthian Grand Ballroom is located in an impressive 1924 building in downtown San Jose. The Grand Ballroom features 60’ceilings with crystal chandeliers, a granite balcony, and 30’ palm trees. The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 600 people for standing events or 300 people for seated events. The Phoenix Lounge is available for events with up to 120 people. The Gold, Silver, and Bronze Rooms are available for events with up to 40 people each. The Olympia and Decathlon Rooms are also available for events.

San José City Hall has spaces available for events. The 6,948 square feet Rotunda features a 110’ tall dome ceiling and accommodates events with up to 400 people. The Council Chambers seat 319 people. The 18,797 square feet West Plaza accommodates up to 1,233 people. The 15,945 square feet East Plaza accommodates up to 1,063 people. The 5,867 square feet Bamboo Courtyard accommodates up to 392 people.

The San Jose Convention Center is located in downtown San Jose. The facility has 143,000 square feet of exhibit space, a 22,000 square feet ballroom, 100,000 square feet of prefunction space, and up to 31 meeting rooms. The convention center has banquet space for up to 5,000 people and the meeting rooms capacities range from 50 to 2,400 people.
