The Queen Anne Community Center has a large kitchen, a small room that will accommodate 40 people and two mid-sized rooms that will accommodate 70 people each. The center’s gymnasium will accommodate 300 people. The center also has a pottery studio, playground, and pool. The Queen Anne Pool is available to rent for private parties, and birthday packages are available. The community center is located on David Rodgers Park which has athletic fields, a play area and tennis courts.

The Microsoft Auditorium provides theater seating for up to 250 people with space for an additional 100. The library’s meeting rooms can accommodate between 25 and 200 people. The Seattle Asian Art Museum was built in 1933 and features a collection of Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Korean and Southeast Asian works of art. The museum can accommodate up to 200 guests for a reception or 90 for a banquet. Events can be held in the garden court, the auditorium or the boardroom. Space is available for a dance floor. Chairs and tables are provided with the rental. Catering is available exclusively provided by TASTE Events.

The Warren G. Magnuson Park has two meeting rooms available to rent for meetings and events. The smaller room can accommodate up to 50 people and the larger can accommodate up to 100. The park also has five structures available to rent. One is a former aircraft hanger that offers 20,000 square feet of space for events. Another is a former military prison with roll up doors and adjacent parking for up to 500 cars. The park has hosted all sorts of events including book sales, art shows, car shows, plays, dance parties, festivals, gatherings and more.

The Washington Park Arboretum contains woody plant collections on 230 acres. The arboretum is located east of downtown Seattle and south of the University of Washington. The Graham Visitors Center, located on the north end of the arboretum, is available to rent for private events such as meetings, classes, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, and other social gatherings. The center has a large meeting room that can accommodate up to ninety people. The center also has a patio that can accommodate up to 150 people.

The convention center has 205,700 square feet of exhibit space that can be divided into six halls, 45,000 square feet of ballroom space and 102,201 square feet of meeting space. The center offers catering services for groups from twenty to 11,000 guests.
