Mormon Station Park was the first non-Indian settlement in Nevada. The 3.5-acre park includes a three room log cabin museum, a wagon shed and stockade area with several wagons, eight picnic tables and barbecues, and a covered pavilion for group use. The Pavilion has eight picnic tables, four benches, a three section barbecue, a sink and electrical outlets. The Pavilion can be rented for events with up to 300 people including weddings, reunions, receptions, and parties.

The Aquarius Gaming Resort is a great gaming destination with fantastic restaurants, comfortable accommodations, and live entertainment. Aquarius Casino Resort has over 30,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The Pavilion measures 19,300 square feet and can accommodate up to 2,000 people. The six meeting rooms range from 900 to 3,300 square feet and the largest can accommodate 300 people. The three executive boardrooms each accommodate up to 30 people. Don Laughlin’s Riverside Resort sits on the banks of the Colorado River. The Resort has 1,404 guestrooms, gaming, restaurants, live entertainment, a movie theater, a children’s play center, a bowling alley, a pool, a massage parlor, a salon, and a 740 space RV Park. Riverside Resort is a great place to hold events such as weddings, reunions, retreats, conventions, seminars, and meetings. The resort has over 15,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The Starview Room is 8,000 square feet and accommodates up to 450 guests. The Harbor Port Rooms are three 858 square feet rooms that can be combined for larger events to accommodate 120 guests. The Mirror Room is a 1,700 square feet room that accommodates up to 80 guests. The Bridgeview Room is 1,080 square feet room and seats up to 50 guests. The Gold Room is a 975 square feet and seats up to 40 guests. Events can also take place on the U.S.S. Riverside, a 119-passenger yacht that offers tours of the Colorado River and Davis Dam.

The Edgewater Hotel and Casino is a 26-story tower with a hotel, a 24-hour casino, a beauty salon, a fitness center, a pool, an arcade, a river walk, live entertainment, and restaurants. Edgewater has 13,869 square feet of meeting and event space. The five rooms for events include the Rio Vista Room, which can accommodate 350 guests. Outdoor events can take place in the pool area. Groups needing 10 or more rooms qualify for discounted room rates.

Harrah’s Laughlin has exciting gaming, 1,505 guestrooms and suites, live entertainment, a salon and day spa, a private beach, two outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, a gift shop, and great restaurants. Harrah’s has 7,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The Grand Ballroom is 7,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 700 people. The Ballroom can be divided into smaller spaces ranging from 800 to 1,920 square feet. Outdoor events can take place on the beach.
