Aspen Hall is located at the north end of Shevlin Park. The hall has a large 44’x60’ main hall that can accommodate up to 150 guests for all sorts of events. The hall has tables and chairs for dining, and a full kitchen for food prep. A patio deck overlooks a trout pond, and the grounds include a grassy lawn, meadows and a creek.

Bend’s Community Center has several rooms available to rent for events, totaling over 4,500 square feet. The Main Hall is 2,400 square feet and can be divided into two separate rooms. The hall has a stage with a sound system. The Café is 1,429 square feet and can accommodate up to 95 people. The boardroom is 465 square feet. The center also has a commercial kitchen that can serve up to 300 people.

The Bend Senior Center has rooms available to rent for all sorts of events during unscheduled evening and weekend hours. The Marcoulier Event Room has hardwood floors, high ceilings, natural lighting and a seated event capacity of 250 people. The Conference Room can accommodate 60 people. The Health Room, Craftroom, Card Area and Library can accommodate between 20 and 30 people each.

High Desert Museum

The High Desert Museum is located on 135 acres and provides a unique and interesting setting for all sorts of events. The museum has more than 7,000 square feet of exhibit space and can accommodate events indoors with up to 500 guests. Hollinshead Barn is located on the 16 acre Hollinshead Park. The park also includes a sharecropper’s house that is now a museum, open fields, an orchard and a community garden. The barn has tables and chairs, a small kitchen and an outdoor patio.

The LaSells Stewart Center is a premier performing arts and conference center at Oregon State University. The Center has a 1,200-seat auditorium with a stage, orchestra pit, dressing rooms, sound and lighting. Additionally the center has an auditorium that accommodates up to 200 people, a gallery that accommodates up to 114, and smaller rooms that accommodate between 14 and 60 people.

The Majestic Theater is available to rent for group events such as concerts, theater, performances, conferences, and weddings. The Starker Auditorium seats 300 people. Additionally a reception room is available that accommodates up to 60 people, and two community rooms that combine to accommodate 90 people are available.

The Memorial Union at OSU was the first student union in Oregon, dedicated in 1929. The Memorial Union has spaces available for events large and small. The Miller Auditorium accommodates up to 750 people. The Ballroom accommodates up to 500 people. The Valley Football Center accommodates up to 400 people. Room 109 accommodates up to 125 people. The Journey Room accommodates up to 60 people. The Asian Pacific American Room, the East Ballroom, the West Ballroom, and the LaRaza Conference Room each accommodate up to 50 people. Room 213 accommodates up to 45 people. The American Indian Conference Room accommodates up to 36 people. The Council Room accommodates up to 26 people. Room 110 accommodates up to 20 people. The Boardroom, Room 207, and Room 209 each accommodate up to 18 people. Talisman accommodates up to 8 people.

OSU Athletic Facilities provide large spaces for large events such as sports and concerts. The Reser Stadium can accommodate up to 45,000 people, with permanent seating for up to 35,493 people. The Valley Football Center has a 168’x35’ banquet room overlooking the Reser Stadium. Gill Coliseum seats 10,400 people and can seat additional people on the gym floor for special events.

Salbasgeon Suites and Conference Center offers sleeping rooms, meeting space, and catering for events. The McKenzie Conference Center is a 3,500 square feet room that can accommodate up to 200 people with a high tech LCD projection system, a wet bar, a kitchen, high speed internet, and multiple phone lines. The Columbia Conference Room is a 790 square feet room that accommodates up to 50 guests. The Umpqua Room is a 288 square feet conference room that seats 12 people.

Tyee Wine Cellars is located at the Buchanan Family Century Farm. Tyee hosts special events including wine tastings and art shows. The indoor barn and large barn can each accommodate events with up to 1,000 guests. The small barn with stage accommodates up to 100 people.

The facilities are surrounded by 12 acres of vineyard and spectacular views of the Willamette Valley and Cascade Range. The vineyard will accommodate groups of 20 to 250 guests.

The Old Side Gazebo is a rustic gazebo with a fireplace and six covered picnic tables that seats up to 100 people. The Seibert Frederickson Memorial Shelter is a large covered seating area with twelve picnic tables that seats up to 150 people.

The Event Center makes an ideal setting for weddings, receptions, dances, banquets, reunions, parties, and corporate events. The building has a ballroom that seats up to 210 guests, a bride’s dressing room, a marble wine bar, 12’ mirrors, tapestries, sweeping stairs, and tin ceilings. Rental of the building includes the use of a dance floor, 14 tables and 300 chairs.
