The Grand Ballroom is 18,000 square feet and will accommodate up to 2,000 guests. The Conference Wing is 3,600 square feet and can be divided into five separate sections.

Sanctuary Golf Course is located on the western slope of the McDowell Mountains adjacent to Westworld Equestrian Center. The resort makes a wonderful venue for weddings, parties and events. Sancuary’s clubhouse can seat up to 44 people in the restaurant, 50 on the west patio and 150 on the outdoor pavilion. The ceremony lawn is also available to accommodate group events. The optional tent for the lawn will accommodate groups of up to 170 people.

Sassi is a fine Italian restaurant located in North Scottsdale. The restaurant has dining rooms that can accommodate group events with up to fifty people. The Sassi Private Room and Garden Lawn can be used together to accommodate groups with up to one hundred and fifty people. The Garden Lawn makes a lovely setting for wedding ceremonies that can be followed by receptions in the Private Room or one of the smaller dining areas.
